Kermode hopes for a House of Keys comeback

A former MHK is hoping to make his political come- back in November’s election.

Phil Kermode has announced he’s to stand for Douglas South. He served as a member for Douglas East between 1986 and 1996.

He's standing against David Cretney, who’s defending his seat, and former restaurant owner David Buttery.
