Douglas Mayor to stand in General Election

The Mayor of Douglas has announced his intention to stand for Douglas East in this year's General Election.
Jon Joughin has revealed won't be standing in the forthcoming Douglas local elections next month, but will continue to fulfil mayoral obligations.
Raina Chatel will take over role of Douglas Mayor from May next year.
Michael Josem is also standing for Douglas East in the September election.
