Stephen Pitts declares for Douglas Central in council elections

Stephen Pitts has announced his intention to stand for Douglas Central in next month's council elections.

The new Douglas Central ward will include St Georges Ward where he is currently one of the councillors.

Mr Pitts previously was Chairman of Regeneration and Community Committee, Member of the Executive Committee and Mayor of the Borough 2001-2002
